RAM 1.5" BALL Rail Strap Base fits rails from 1'' to a maximum of 2'' in diameter. The 1.5'' rubber ball is at a right angle to the mount base placing the ball at a right angle to the rail.

Included with the base is one 6.0'' and 8.0'' hose clamp strap with Approx. 5.5'' strip of rubber to avoid scratching or marking rail.
